SMS Opt-In Process

OMNI ECHO SOLUTIONS LLC · Last updated: July 30, 2026

This page documents how consumers opt in to text messages from OMNI ECHO SOLUTIONS LLC ("Omni Echo"). It is provided as public evidence of our consent process for messaging compliance review.

How Opt-In Works

The only way to opt in to our messages is verbally, during a phone call the consumer makes to one of our apartment leasing lines. We never purchase, rent, or import phone number lists, and we never send messages to anyone who has not called us first and consented.

The Consent Request

During the consumer's inbound call, after the caller provides their mobile phone number, our leasing assistant asks for consent with language equivalent to the following:

"Would you like to receive a text recap of this call and follow-up messages about your apartment search? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help."

Text messages are sent only if the caller agrees. Callers who decline are not messaged.

Consent Records

All calls are recorded, and callers are notified of recording at the start of each call. Recordings and transcripts serve as our record of each consumer's consent, retained alongside the date, time, and phone number of the opt-in.

Confirmation Message

The first message a new opt-in receives confirms the subscription, for example:

"You are opted in to call recaps and follow-up messages. Message frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Opting Out

Consumers can reply STOP (or CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, END) to any message to opt out immediately, and HELP for assistance at any time.
